Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via UPS. We only ship on Monday & Tuesday so your package will not sit in a warehouse over the weekend. Most packages arrive within 2-3 days of shipping.

Shipping & Pick-Up

Pick up is available in Chattanooga.

Please allow 5-7 business days from your order date for pick-up as each candy order is made fresh to order. As for shipping, we will only ship on Mondays & Tuesdays so your order will not sit in a warehouse over the weekend. Shipped orders must be placed a minimum of 5 days before our first shipping day which is every Monday.

Once shipped, you should receive your order within 2-3 business days with most orders arriving in 2 days.

All orders are packed in insulated bubble wrap with cold packs, then shipped via UPS.

We DO NOT SELL products that are temperature sensitive or need refrigeration like creams or truffles.

Our Chocolates are made to order and to be enjoyed in the moment!

Please note: Additional shipping charges may apply to certain Urban and Rural locations as determined by our shipper (UPS). Once determined, you will be notified of the additional shipping charges before your order is filled.

UPS determines which ZIP codes are subject to the DAS and the rate based on the distance and difficulty of the delivery per the UPS publication delivery area surcharge. The DAS can vary depending on the package being shipped via ground or air transportation and if it's a commercial or residential delivery.

Ingredient and Allergen Warning

Products may contain: Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Cocoa butter, milk, milkfat, artificial flavors, vanilla, flavor, salt, soy lecithin, nonfat dry milk, cane sugar, brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, evaporated milk, condensed milk, peanut and other nuts, peanut oil, palm kern oil, coconut, invertase, coconut oil, vegetable oil, cocoa powder, cornstarch, sea salt, gelatin, food coloring and flavoring.

Products may also contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts, milk, egg, soy, wheat, coconut, coconut like products, macadamia nuts, brazil nuts, maple, and maple flavoring.

White Coating is non-Cocoa butter coating, made with vegetable or palm kern oil. We use Coating to cover all of our white, painted candies, as well as our solid white novelty pieces. It tastes like White/Vanilla Chocolate. Since it contains no cocoa, it is caffeine-free and safe for those with chocolate allergies.

Milk and Dark chocolate coating is also available to those with allergies upon request.
